Here is an excellent article in the Guardian discussing Forest School concepts and the wider curriculum - part of what we are about!

We are very pleased to have been chosen to develop a brand new outdoor learning area with the children at High Bank J I & N School.

We are extremely pleased to announce that Eden's Forest has a new member of the team.

She is a Border Collie / Old English Sheep Dog cross called Magda. We think she's beautiful, but then we would!

We look forward to her joining us on our woodland adventures in the coming years.

We have some sad news to report about our mascot Magda.

We will be running our very successful and popular holiday club from Monday 24th February to Friday 28th February 2014.

All the usual shenangins will take place but with a distinctly wintry feel. Having field tested the revitalised bothy we know we have somewhere warm and dry to retreat to if the conditions dictate toes and fingers need rewarming!

Sessions will be from 9:00am until 3:30pm each day. Children will need sensible outdoor clothing and a packed lunch. Hot chocolate and snacks will be provided.

Booking is essential, so please contact us if your kids like larking about outside (or need to lark about outside!). Details can be found on our Holiday Club page.
